- Only the Authorized Organizational Representative (the Office of Contracts and Grants) needs to register in Grants.gov in order to submit applications for an organization. The Office of Contracts and Grants has already registered on behalf of the University of Houston.
- Principal Investigators and individual program directors DO NOT NEED to register.
- NIH Submissions: PIs submitting to NIH need to also be registered with the NIH eRA Commons. Contact your Senior Research Administrator for Commons registration.
- NSF Submissions: PIs submitting to NSF will still need to be registered with FastLane. Contact your Senior Research Administrator for FastLane access.
