How to Download

To download a file to your local computer, click on the link for the file. Your browser will open a window where you can select to ‘Save’ the file. Choose a location and click ‘Save’. Documents on the Division of Research website are available in PDF format, Microsoft Word or Excel.

How to work with PDF Files

Portable Document Format (PDF) files require Adobe Reader, a free application.

Important note about PDF files

Adobe Reader does not allow you to save changes PDF files. Data you enter on a PDF form will be lost when you close Reader or turn off your computer.

How to Work with Microsoft Word Files

Unlike PDF files, Microsoft Office files can be edited and saved if Microsoft Office has been purchased by the user. Some forms may be 'locked', meaning only certain fields can be modified. If you do not have a Microsoft Office suite, you may still view files using a free viewer that allows you to view and print.
