Energy Research Park
UH is developing Schlumberger’s former global headquarters into a home for our growing portfolio of energy research projects, centers and institutes. The Energy Research Park will soon be a hub for cutting-edge research, commercialization and instruction in energy.


Paul Ching-Wu Chu, pioneer in the field of high-temperature superconductivity, has returned full time to the University of Houston. Chu serves as T. L. L. Temple Chair of Science and professor of physics and is a founding director of the Texas Center for Superconductivity at the University of Houston (TcSUH).
